Braciola

An actual Italian will probably get mad at this recipe, but this is how I – an American three generations removed from my Italian-born ancestors – make Braciola. And it's goddamn delicious.

  • Flank or skirt steak, sliced thin.
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Pamesean cheese
  • Salt & pepper
